Returns
We offer a returns service for all goods returned in their original condition within 28 days of receipt of order. Standard online returns policy applies to all sale goods purchased online.
RETURNING AN ORDER
Please email us at contact@tonathelabel.com with a refund or exchange request, clearly noting which you require and for what items within 14 days of the receipt of the order. If returning the item please clearly state the reason. If exchanging the item please specify the new size you would like.
UK RETURNS
Returns can be made on full priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Postage for returns is paid for by you, we recommend that when returning an item you send it tracked and keep the receipt. We can’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via Royal Mail.
All items should be returned new, unused, and with the hygiene sticker and hang tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.
UK EXCHANGES
Exchanges are free of charge for UK customers. Please email contact@tonathelabel.com to register your exchange, due to stock levels an exchange may not always be possible. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with instructions and Royal Mail free returns label.
Upon receipt of goods we will ship out the replacement items.
All items should be returned new, unused, and with the hygiene sticker and hang tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns can be made on full priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods. It must be marked clearly as 'returned British goods' on the box, if this isn't present and charges are required unfortunately we won't be able to accept the return. We can’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be returned via the same method as paid within 10-15 days after receipt of return. Please note we can't refund any duties or taxes that you have paid.

For international exchanges you will need to organise and cover the return shipment within 14 days. Upon receipt of goods we will ship out the replacement items free of charge.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. We will not accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from fair wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, abnormal or inappropriate storage or working conditions or maintenance, failure to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the Products by you or a third party that is not authorised by us or the manufacturer.
